Terms and Conditions

Bin Burro Terms and Conditions

This agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Customer") and Bin Burro LLC ("Bin Burro," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Bin Burro’s services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service Agreement


By subscribing to Bin Burro, you authorize us to access your property for the purpose of moving your trash and recycling bins to and from the curb on your designated waste collection days. You confirm that you have the right to grant such access.

2. Subscription & Payment


This is a monthly service contract. You agree to pay Bin Burro in advance for services each month. Payment is recurring unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Service Details


Bin Burro will move your trash and/or recycling cans to the curb the evening before your scheduled collection day and return them to their original storage location after collection. Our standard service covers one trash can and one recycling can per week.

4. Access to Cans


It is your responsibility to ensure that Bin Burro has full access to your trash and recycling bins on service days. This includes unlocking gates, providing access codes, and ensuring that pets are secured. If our team is unable to access your bins, service will not be completed, and no credit or refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Changes


The current monthly service fee is outlined on our website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your service before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Billing & Payment Terms


Payments are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. If payment is declined, we may suspend service until payment is resolved. All applicable taxes will be added to the monthly service fee.

7. Cancellation Policy


To cancel service, you must provide a 30-day notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months. Cancellations must be submitted through our website or by contacting customer support.

8. Safety & Liability

  • Customers must ensure safe and hazard-free access to their bins.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by vehicles, weather conditions, or overflowing trash.

  • If an unrestrained pet prevents access, service will not be completed, and no refund will be issued.

  • We are not liable for damage to garage doors, fences, or property due to provided access.

9. Inclement Weather & Road Closures


If severe weather or road closures prevent service, we reserve the right to delay or cancel service without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued.

10. Service Refusal & Termination


We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inability to access bins, non-payment, or unsanitary bin conditions.

11. Changes to Terms


Bin Burro may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
